Username
Your username is your member number.
Associate Members: Add an "A" to the end of the member number.

EXAMPLE:
Member username: X052
Associates username: X052A

Password
Your password has been emailed to you. Please review the Welcome email that was sent to the email address you have with us. We recommend you change your password after your first login.
