Opportunities for Employment

Numerous opportunities for employment are offered at The Vineyard Golf Club. These include an array of part-time and full-time seasonal positions and select year-round positions. Seasonal positions run from mid-May through mid-October and include kitchen and dining room staff, grounds team, golf staff and caddies.

Our goal is to employ the best of the best. The Club seeks candidates who demonstrate skill and proficiency in the position for which they are applying, exceptional character, a positive work ethic and high moral values. Employees are expected to give 100%, be punctual and to be respectful and considerate of others. Hours may vary depending on staffing needs and business levels. Meeting the needs of our members and guests may require you to work mornings, evenings and split shifts.

Employees are expected to accept job responsibilities, follow acceptable business principles in matters of conduct, and exhibit a high degree of integrity at all times. Team members should demonstrate sincere respect for the rights and feelings of others and refrain from any behavior that might be harmful to themselves, co-workers, The Club, or that might be viewed unfavorably by current or potential customers or by the public at large. We maintain a safe, Drug Free work environment. Employee conduct reflects on The Club, consequently, employees are expected to observe the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
