Biographical Information:


James F. Hickman:  Mr. Hickman is a professional investor and corporate consultant based in Boston.  He spent over a decade as a portfolio manaager (basic materials long/short) and equity research analyst (covering major chemicals at Credit Suisse and energy at Sanford Bernstein).  His recent investment focus has been in pre-revenue private ventures in mobile advertising and homeland security.

Jay and his wife, Michelle, along with their dogs, Cabot and Beacon, live in Boston.  Mr. Hickman holds a BS in History from Williams College and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Mr. Hickman is a Founding Member of the Vineyard Golf Club and has been a member of its Board of Governors since the Club's opening in 2002.


William J. Lynch, III:  Mr. Lynch has been working in the insurance and investment business since 1978.  Along with his team, Mr. Lynch has designed, funded and currently services financial structures holding nearly $10 billion in assets.

Mr. Lynch holds the titles of CEO of TBG Lynch and President of TBG Insurance Services Corporation and currently sits on the boards of TBG Insurance Services Corporation (an executive benefits firm), William J. Lynch & Associates (a subsidiary of TBG Insurance Services Corporation) and Condor Capital (an investment management firm).

My Lynch is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Berklee College of Music.  He has served as past Chairman of the Board and board member of Hemisphere Group, a producer and life insurance group.  Mr. Lynch is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vineyard Golf Club and serves as Secretary.

Bill and his family reside in Boston and he holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
